How it works
1. Become a member & spread the word:
Now you're signed up, start tell your friends and family about your experience at Conrad Designer Bathrooms.
2. Referral mention:
Have them mention your name or reference number when they book their bathroom design and fitting service. Don't worry if they forget as we'll make sure we ask when they book their first meeting.
3. Enjoy the rewards:
Once their project is confirmed, you will receive £100 in Virgin Experience Days vouchers & once the project is complete they will in turn receive their £100 voucher as a thank you for joining our growing family

Referring is simple and rewarding.
1. Promotional flyer
If you pass on one of our promotion flyers found in your handover pack, at the top of the flyer you will find your unique reference number.
If your friend or family member simply gives us this number at the time of booking or during our first meeting this will allow us to link them back to you
If you happen to run out of flyers, no worries just let us know and we can send you plenty more!
2. Let us know
Providing you have your friends or family members permission you can contact us direct with their details.
We will then make contact direct to arrange a convenient time to meet with them and discuss any plans or ideas they have.
3. They can call
If your friend of family member would prefer they can simply contact us direct at a time that is convenient to them.

Referral Programme Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the referral program ("Referral Programme") operated by Conrad Designer Bathrooms ("we," "us," "our"). By participating in the Referral Programme, both the Referrer and the Referred Customer (collectively, "Participants") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Eligibility
2.1 The Referral Programme is open to all existing customers of Conrad Designer Bathrooms ("Referrer").
2.2 The Referred Customer must be a new customer who has never used our services before.
2.3 The Referral Programme is void where prohibited by law.
3. How the Referral Programme Works
3.1 To participate in the Referral Programme, the Referrer must refer a friend or family member to use our services.
3.2 The Referred Customer must notify us of the reference and the Referrer’s details either before or during the first initial meeting.
3.3 The Referred Customer can only name one individual under the scheme.
3.4 Upon successful completion of services by the Referred Customer, both the Referrer and the Referred Customer will receive one (1) £100 Virgin Experience voucher each.
4. Conditions for Receiving Vouchers
4.1 Only one voucher will be awarded per referral, regardless of the number of services the Referred Customer uses.
4.2 The Referrer will receive their voucher only once a successful order has been placed. A successful order is considered only once the Referred Customer has signed their T&Cs and paid the requested deposit.
4.3 The Referred Customer will receive their voucher only once the final invoice(s) have been paid in full.
5. Virgin Experience Vouchers
5.1 Vouchers are subject to the terms and conditions of Virgin Experience, which can be found here. By accepting the voucher, Participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5.2 Vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase, not from the date received.
5.3 Vouchers will become invalid after 12 months. Vouchers can be extended by contacting Virgin Experiences directly. Conrad Designer Bathrooms takes no responsibility should a voucher become invalid.
5.4 We are not responsible for any issues or disputes arising from the use of the Virgin Experience vouchers.
6. Duration of the Referral Programme
6.1 The Referral Programme is valid until 1 January 2026. Any referrals made after this date will not be eligible for the voucher.
7. General Terms
7.1 This offer applies once only for each new client referral that results in an order. This is irrespective of the number of individual orders placed.
7.2 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Programme at any time without prior notice.
7.3 Any fraud or abuse concerning the Referral Programme may result in the immediate termination of the Participants' eligibility and the forfeiture of any earned vouchers.
7.4 We reserve the right to refuse the issue of any voucher if we suspect fraudulent or malicious activity or if the terms of the Referral Programme are not met.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the use of the Virgin Experience voucher.
8.2 Our total liability arising out of or in connection with the Referral Program shall not exceed the value of the voucher.
9. Governing Law
9.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales.
