A small and tricky space but James applied his design and installation skills to give us a functional and attractive space. It’s his attention to detail that makes all the difference. James provided helpful advice throughout whilst also making sure that the bathroom design met our preferences and needs. James coordinated the whole project in an efficient and organised way and everyone who worked with him was very professional, polite and personable. Everyone also worked exceptionally hard to get the project completed in the allotted time. We are so pleased with our new en-suite and really appreciate the attention to detail and high level of workmanship from all involved.

He is highly organised, very clear in his communications, and incredibly helpful throughout both the planning and installation stages. He helped us to define what we wanted design-wise, and made smart recommendations to ensure that the rooms look beautiful and high-end. He managed all the other suppliers and vendors (tilers, plasterers, electrician etc) so the process was very smooth from our point of view, and he was generally a lovely guy to have around the house, which is what you want when a project takes 8 weeks!
