When James Dally founded Conrad Designer Bathrooms in 2010, he wanted clients to have the breathtaking spa facilities and the chic bathroom interiors they’d find at luxury hotels in their very own homes.
Tired of bathroom design companies offering only carbon copies of their showroom or brochure, and prioritising commissions over customer satisfaction, he set out to transform the industry by not just putting clients’ needs first, but also pushing their' imaginations to the limit.
After devoting over ten years to his craft, James sees bathrooms as much more than a practical necessity. His vision is to create a space that evokes emotion, enabling you to escape from the pressures of daily life and unwind in complete comfort. It's more than just a room – it's an oasis of calm.

1. THE JOURNEY BEGINS
Every bathroom project starts with an opportunity for you to meet us and brief us on what you need; and a chance for us to view the space and come up with some recommendation you may not have considered.
2. OUR BIG PROPOSAL
Based on your brief, we'll create a proposed design for your new bathroom, complete with a fully comprehensive estimate featuring images of all of the products we recommend.
3. SIMPLE SCHEDULING
Once you're ready to go ahead with the project, we'll provide you a start date. A small deposit is required ahead of starting, however after that we only ever charge for services or products once they have been received.
4. THE PROJECT COMMENCES
Every element of your project will be delivered or project managed by our MD James Dally, who’ll ensure that you and your home are treated with the utmost care and respect, noise and dust is kept to a minimum, and we clean and tidy up after ourselves every day.
5. THE GRAND UNVEILING
On the final day, we'll show you how everything in the bathroom works and should be maintained, and a final invoice will be sent to you. You'll also receive a 2 year After Care Guarantee for all works completed.

We understand that bathrooms are a big investment so will always try to swallow additional costs where possible. And, we only charge for services or products that the client has already received.
